Nicole is dedicated to advancing social impact and change through local-level community and economic development efforts to educate and nurture entrepreneurship and innovation. She has spent the past 5 years working at the University of Michigan-Dearborn as the assistant director of a research center. There she served as a mentor to over 150 students, managed over 30 employees, and facilitated over $500,000 in University research. She went on to found Launch Exchange as a way to manifest the social change she wanted to see in the world. Through her experiences working with State-wide economic development organizations and local nonprofit organizations she developed a vision for a company that could reach beyond the status quo to enhance an emerging ecosystem that placed impact as an equal to profit. Launch Exchange supports companies and entrepreneurs on their path to find success by generating profit and impact in their community.
