After years in the music industry working as an executive with record labels such as Rap-A- Lot,Def Jam and Jive Records, Chester Wilkins aka “Massive”, has paved a newway by industrializing royalty collections on music and video recording.Certified GS1 specialist and ISRC (International Standard Recording Code)manager since 2007, Wilkins has built relationships that span the digitalindustry with entities such as SoundScan, BDS, Media Base, SoundExchange, and LimeLight.

Mr. Wilkins’ knowledge has made him a gem inthe music industry, speaking on panels such as the International MusicFestival and the AC3 Conference in Atlanta Ga. He is currently usingextraordinary talents and insight in a partnership with Microsoft to teachworkshops nationwide on ISRC codes. Wilkins strives to educate musicartists and executives alike on the importance of music as a business andhow to maximize the digital features that create great achievements in theindustry.

Most recently Wilkins has been invited as Guest Speaker in avariety of High Schools and Universities across the United States.
